Jim and I thoroughly enjoyed doing business with Matt and Charlotte. They were transparent, honest, and always kept us in the loop. We had owned our five parcels of land for a long time but realized our vision of what we wanted to do with them probably wasn’t going to happen anymore. Jim is about to retire, we’ve got grandkids to play with, and life is busy. So, after receiving a text from Matt and spending time getting to know him over the phone, we thought the best thing to do would be to sell. It didn’t take long to trust that Matt was a genuine, reasonable guy so Jim and I figured we’d rather work with someone like that than some of the other offers we’d received from people that we were unsure of. We just wanted this process to be quick, easy, and pleasant and that’s exactly what we got. We all ended up walking the property together before closing and had planned to meet up for a drink afterwards to celebrate a good deal. Well, a drink turned into a couple of drinks, then dinner, and we ended up really getting to know them as people. We chatted about our shared love of travel. Charlotte and I talked about our love of arts and crafts. We laughed. We found common ground. It was a great evening…I wish all businesses could work like this! Thank you, Matt and Charlotte for being true to your word and being a joy to work with!
