Hi there! We are Charlotte and Matt and we created Edison Land because it combines two of our favorite things – working with land and working with people.
We are both Virginia natives that love the lands of our region! We are based out of Richmond, Virginia. Charlotte went to college at Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!), and Matt went to college at VCU (Go Rams!). In our spare time, all we want to do is be outdoors – hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains, rock climbing, paddleboarding the James River or our beautiful lakes, or visiting state parks and national forests. We take pride in our Virginian roots, and the “Virginia is for Lovers” mentality.
